Previously a chef and a Commercial Manager for a prominent travel brand for over two decades, she has set aside her apron, stored her atlas, and embraced the position of managing the Cape Town branch of Bolesco. For the past six years, Mandy has been instrumental in the operations of Bolesco, heavily engaged in sales, client relations, and finance.
